-NAPO-AZ Subcontractor List where those willing to work for others can be listed as a subcontractor.  For subcontractors, this is a great way to learn from veteran organizers and support your revenue goals. For experienced organizers, you can hire from this list for larger projects knowing you have a qualified team ready to work

-Exclusive member-only discounts to several retail stores and local service providers that may reduce your project costs

NAPO-AZ offers these opportunities:

-Access to our lending library. We currently have over 160 organizing, productivity, and entrepreneurial books on a wide variety of topics that you can access for free. We have the latest titles like “Downsizing” by David Eckert and “The Home Edit” by Clea Shearer and Joanna Teplin, and timeless titles such as “Secrets to Getting More Done in Less Time” by Donna Otto and “Productivity Power” by Jim Temme.

-Over 800 resources, including educational courses, podcasts, articles, mentoring, and new member kit.

Joining NAPO National and NAPO-AZ allows you to exchange ideas and information with other organizers and adds to your credibility as a professional in this field.

NAPO-AZ allows you to connect with local professionals to share ideas, get assistance with large projects, and learn from one another. Local chapters allow you to network with other organizing and productivity professionals, find resources in your area, and take on leadership roles to enhance your business acumen.

NAPO is a group of over 3,100 professional organizers and productivity consultants dedicated to helping individuals and businesses attain order and efficiency.  Our mission is to lead and advance the organizing and productivity profession.

NAPO members include solopreneurs, employers, subcontractors, students, coaches, authors, academics, bloggers, and representatives from corporations who provide organizing/productivity products/services.

You can join any time! Our membership year starts on October 1st but we have prorated memberships to allow you to join anytime of the year.

Yes! NAPO National and NAPO-AZ are perfect places to find information, tools, and advice as you start your business. Whether you take advantage of our local library, search our hundreds of resources, attend a workshop, shadow another NAPO-AZ organizer, or complete a NAPO Specialist Certificate program, you will find the resources you need to start and grow your business.

Absolutely! Most of our members are established Professional Organizers and Productivity Consultants. The NAPO-AZ leadership works diligently to provide up-to-date resources, tools, and business connections so you can keep growing as an individual and as a business owner.

Membership Requirements

-Before joining NAPO-AZ, you must be a member of NAPO National and have a member number. You can register by clicking here

-Your NAPO National membership must remain active as long as you wish to be a NAPO-AZ member.

-In order to be featured in our NAPO-AZ directory you must have a NAPO National Professional membership. 


-The yearly membership for NAPO-AZ is $95. This is separate and in addition to your NAPO National membership. 

– Membership is prorated as follows: 

   September-November $95

   December-February $75

   March-May $50

   June-August $25

-A $30 one-time application fee is applied to all new members.
