Assessing your Client’s Needs
Join us at our upcoming NAPO-AZ Chapter meeting on Thursday Sept. 12th at 5:30 pm at the University Club to discuss this foundational topic to providing excellent customer service: “Identifying customer behavior, skills, and characteristics through the needs assessment process.” A panel of three experienced organizers will answer questions about what they have learned over the years about identifying client’s needs and how they have honed this process. A 4th experienced organizer will discuss important points from the Needs Assessment Class offered online by NAPO University.
You will receive one CEU (Continuing Education Unit) through NAPO-AZ for this fun and informative session.
