I am a Professional Organizer in Tucson and specialize in assisting clients with hoarding behavior and excess clutter, including those who struggle with ADHD, chronic disorganization and anxiety disorders. I have personally been where my clients are at: overwhelmed with clutter and too much stuff. Helping people discover a less debilitating and more joyful life is my passion!
I am also a student of psychology and mental health counseling at the University of Arizona and am now attending graduate school to become licensed to provide therapy for disability rehabilitation and treatment of mental health disorders such as Hoarding Disorder.
I host a hoarding behavior support group Called “Excess Denied” on the third Friday of each month (with rare exceptions) from 7:00-9:00 PM in Tucson, AZ. This group is open to the public, but please email me at ExcessDeniedTucson@gmail.com if you are interested in attending.

I also host a twice-monthly therapeutic art group at my studio, where my clients can create and congregate, learning art and socializing in a nurturing and clutter-free environment.

Cynthia Peden is the high-energy, hands-on aspect of c l e a r i n g s ™. Not afraid to dig in and get her hands dirty, Cynthia manages to turn chaos into calm with understanding, respect for possessions, and a superior ability to delegate responsibilities to the people best suited to the task at hand. From dealing with hoarder’s homes and returning the property to a state of peace and tranquility and healthy environment for the occupants, to downsizing estates and parental homes for estate sales, distribution, and ultimate property sale, Cynthia’s organizing skills are always in play.
Cynthia’s background in event coordination, administration, and consulting give her the insight and skills necessary to effectively manage estates and business dissolutions. Her experience with crime scene clean-up and murder victim grief help her understand both the loss and confusion following the death of loved ones. She treats the property and possessions of clients as though they are the treasures they were to the loved one. With caring and compassion, Cynthia sorts through the chaos, organizes the contents, and presents the families with manageable options – estate sales, property sales, and distribution of the bequeathed possessions.
Her bookkeeping and administrative experience are always helpful in piecing together the financial lives of loved ones or, the case of business dissolution, condensing large amounts of financial information into workable units to assist in appraising the business.
As a member of the National Association of Professional Organizers (NAPO) since 1996, and having earned NAPO’s Golden Circle designation in 2003, Cynthia’s organizational skills, both professionally and personally, ensure each client goes from chaos to calm on time and on budget.
I develop individualized programs to help people let go of what no longer serves a useful purpose and create a life and surrounding environments that Accurately Reflect who they truly are and how they want to live, love and succeed.
I offer ministries, churches, and entrepreneurs’ a fresh, innovative and creative way to capture the joy of bookkeeping and administrative processes. When your bookkeeping and administrative systems are organized, streamlined, and efficient then you can joyfully pursue what you do best!
Andrea’s tagline is “Turning Chaos into Calm” (TM), and that is what she is known for. Working with individuals, seniors, or the corporate executive comes easy for Andrea. Her calm demeanor, compassion, confidence, competency, and keen ability to make meaning out of madness serve her well when working with anyone who suffers from lack of effective systems, “too much stuff,” stress, and overwhelm.
“Every situation and each individual is unique, and I believe that a one-size-fits-all approach is not as effective as solutions created around each client’s needs, wants, and thought processes,” says Andrea. Instead, her goal is for long-lasting results, which is accomplished through client involvement and the implementation of customized, easy-to-maintain systems.
Experience and education are important to Andrea. Her corporate career in Administrative Management and Accounting means she works well with executives and corporate clients, as well as small business owners. Her work experience is complemented by an MBA degree, which was obtained while raising a family and working full-time. Talk about a Time Management expert!
In her spare time, Andrea loves to spend time with family, travel to new places, garden, and take photographs of the people and places she visits.
